About DTF

DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a professional printing method that allows full-color designs to be transferred directly onto apparel using a heat press. DTF transfers are perfect for T-shirts, hoodies, uniforms, clothing brands, team apparel, event shirts, business apparel and more. They work on cotton, polyester, blends and many other fabrics, making DTF one of the most versatile options for custom apparel. Our 22-inch-wide gang sheets allow you to place multiple designs, logos and sizes onto one sheet, helping you maximize your space and get more transfers from every order. Whether you're launching a clothing brand, fulfilling customer orders, creating shirts for an event, or simply need a few transfers, Lewa Print Shop prints your designs ready for you to press.

For the best print quality, your gang sheet must be completely print-ready before uploading. Before uploading, please make sure:

✅ File is saved as a PNG with a transparent background

✅ Artwork is 300 DPI for the best print quality

✅ Your gang sheet is exactly 22 inches wide

✅ All designs are already sized to the exact dimensions you want them printed

✅ Remove all unwanted backgrounds, boxes and extra elements

✅ Leave enough space between designs for easy cutting

✅ Double-check spelling, colors, sizing and artwork before submitting

IMPORTANT: Lewa Print Shop prints the file exactly as it is submitted. We do not resize, rearrange, remove backgrounds, correct spelling or edit artwork. Low-resolution or blurry artwork may result in lower print quality. What you upload is what we print.

How To APPLY YOUR DTF TRANSFER
1. Cut Your Designs Carefully cut each transfer from your gang sheet.
2. Prepare Your Garment Place your garment flat on the heat press and pre-press for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
3. Position Your Transfer Place the DTF transfer design side facing up in the desired position on your garment.
4. Heat Press Set your heat press to: 🔥 350°F ⏱️ 15 Seconds 💪 Medium Pressure Press for 15 seconds.
5. Peel Allow the transfer to cool slightly, then carefully peel the film away from the garment.
6. Final Press Cover the design with parchment paper or a protective sheet and press again for 5–10 seconds for a smooth, durable finish.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS Wait at least 24 hours before washing. Wash inside out in cold water. Avoid bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the design.
PRO TIP: Every heat press can vary slightly. Adjust temperature, pressure or pressing time when necessary based on your garment and equipment.
