Refund policy

All sales are final.

All products sold and paid for are custom creations and are not able to be returned.

All custom products are reviewed by the customer during the proofing process (either in person or online). 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

The Black House Print Shop is not responsible for errors not recognized during the proofing process. In the unlikely event of a defect in the final product, Store Credit  (either partial or full) will be at the discretion of The Black House Print Shop. 

 Refunds

No refunds are given once work begins working on your order, which means The Black House Print Shop has received your necessary materials (i.e., digital files and payment) and started work on your job (i.e., your job is in production).
